Pure garden magic is the only way to describe Sandra and Chris’s gorgeous wedding.  Every detail, including the bride and groom, look like they’ve just come out of a Hollywood movie. Held at Chris’s parent’s beautiful home, photographer Michelle Gardella captured every moment and detail perfectly. Can we take a moment to high light that private boat ride or the dreamy tent from Durants party? There is nothing like literally celebrating underneath the stars.  We loved being a part of it and wish Sandra and Chris a lifetime of happiness!!!

Wedding Wednesday…Sea Bags!

Whenever you are planning a new event you are always thinking up new and creative way to do the same things.  In an age of Pinterest, every bride wants a day full of personal and creative details, and who can blame her?  Of course, one of our favorite brands Sea Bags came to the rescue with an amazing resource for a guest book, the Custom Guest Book Tote! They send you the sail pattern that will eventually be the interior to your own custom Sea Bag tote. Have your guests sign it, send it back after the event and they will create a one of a kind guest book tote. I don’t think I could come up with a dreamier or cooler guest book if I sat on Pinterest for 1,282 hours.  If you are a nautical loving bride, life just doesn’t get better! So thank you Sea Bags, for being so perfect!

Wedding Wednesday…NY Bridal Market!

This is the fashion week I live for.  Seeing what my favorite designers have in store for the upcoming wedding year serves me with major inspiration. This NY Bridal Market was no exception.  I saw some trends that have been around for a couple seasons now, that have major staying power, like the statement back, illusion neckline and soft color, all of which I A D O R E. BUT I also noticed a come back! The ball gown or full skirt is making a huge readmittance, like a Ben Affleck size comeback from Bennifer (RIP) and Gigli to killing it with ARGO, Gone Girl and Garner. I’ll always love a super cool indie wedding dress but there is just something about a full on ball gown that will always own a piece of my heart, so welcome back, Princess!  Other noticeable trends were blouson tops, sleeves (yay!) and crop tops. All in all, I am pumped for 2015! This is your red carpet brides! XO. klb

Wedding Wednesday…BHDLN Mix + Match Maids!

Via BHLDN

BHLDN totally has my heart.  Their bridesmaids dresses are perfect and I covet almost all of their accessories.  I don’t know about you but I am OVER matchy match maids, we aren’t in the 80′s and we don’t have to make our girls suffer in the same style dress.  I could not be a bigger advocate for mix and match maids and BHLDN kills it!  When I opened my email this week and found this image of these three bridesmaids in this TDF color palette my love story with BHLDN was confirmed.  This “garden rose” palette is perfection.  Wildflower bouquets with delicate silk ribbon is an obvious choice for a gorgeous garden wedding under bistro lights.  I went a step further and picked out a couple of my favorite accessories to match, a whimsical bracelet and vintage looking clutch. This is all very Garden of Eden and I am eating it up.

Are you still loving the mix and match trend???
