There are few things I love more than Instagram and hearts so when Framebridge combined both as a Valentine’s Day special my life was pretty much made. Heartstagrams would be the perfect unexpected addition to my office gallery wall. They’d also be the sweetest surprise for a friend! Sneaking on their Insta, choosing their best filtered photo and having it created into a Heartstagram. Mission accomplished, best gift ever.
A common problem our brides often have is finding a flower girl’s dress that they think is as beautiful and special as the little girl wearing it. Even though this sweet lady lady is likely 10 and under doesn’t mean her wedding fashion should suffer. Once again BHLDN has come to the rescue. We adore their flower girl dress selection. So much, in fact, I wouldn’t mind a few of these in my size.
Annually Pantone chooses a color to be THE “color of the year”. For example, last year was Radiant Orchid (thumbs down) and the year before that was Emerald (swoon to the max). Apparently, unbeknownst to me before looking it up on Wiki, a secret meeting is held in a European capital where “representatives from various nations color standards’ groups” from around the globe come together and crown a “color of the year”. After two days of grueling debate it is finally decided an entire year before any of us know what color will dominate our wardrobes, interior design and favorite celebrities on the red carpet. Okay, this all sounds very Skulls and Bones to me just for a couple people’s favorite color. What I will tell you is I LOVE their pick this year! Marsala, Pantone #18-1438, totally out does last years, Radiant Orchid. It’s the perfect color to incorporate into event and wedding design, which of course got us excited. I pulled some of my favorite Marsala for wedding design inspirations. All hail our color Queen, Marsala!
We loved playing a part in the Shelter Harbor Golf Club’s 10 Anniversary Gala! It was a Summer night full of signature cocktails, delicious treats and celebration! Sperry tents and hurricane lanterns filled with shells were the perfect accent for a late summer soiree. A Tie That Binds Wedding created the perfect programs that were made to be fans to help the guests beat the heat. Thanks for including us Shelter Harbor Golf Club! Here’s to ten more years!
