Brining two cultures together was one of the most special aspects of this wedding. With influences from both of the bride and groom heritage, the wedding day was filled with love and the joining of two families and cultures. After an all day traditional Indian ceremony, followed by a short traditional Jewish ceremony, the guests joined the newly married couple at the distinguished Rockrimmon Country Club for a night of celebration. Hana Floral Design incorporated the traditional reds and golds of the Indian culture into all aspects of the special day, including the ceremony and the reception.

Jashan Catering provided Molly and Arun’s guests a taste of Arun’s culture with some of his families favorite recipes. After a delicious traditional Indian meal, guests hit the dance floor to Bollywood DJ Inc. the number one Indian music DJ. As the music was kicked off it was time to dance to the traditional music from both of the couple’s cultures.  The couple chose to offer their guests one of their favorite drinks, limoncello, as a memorable parting favor.

Ali and Dan had always wanted to incorporate their love of history into their special day. After discovering the Hillstead Museum  for the ceremony and The Society Room for their reception, the couple knew these two locations would be perfect to host their closest family and friends. With details that incorporated some of the couple’s favorite things, including an elegant reception using black and gold, with pops of colors from the floral centerpieces. After a dream ceremony at the Hillstead Museum, the guests enjoyed a casual cocktail hour at the museum.

After tours of the historic mansion and delicious cocktails, guests traveled to the The Society Room that was shimmering from the reflection of gold accents throughout the room. Fleurescent used natural colors of pinks and blushes to accent the bride and groom’s style. After a delicious meal thoughtfully planned out by the The Society Room, it was time to enjoy a sweet ending by the The Simbury Inn Bake Shop.

After years of dreaming of her special day, Jenny and her mother had a clear vision for her big day. After months of scouting for the perfect venue to match their vision, Saltwater Farm Vineyard was the right fit with rolling fields of grapes and a stunning winery. As guests arrived to the vineyard, they were welcomed by an antique truck offering lemonade and ice tea. After cooling down, the guests made their way to the ceremony site. With the fields of grapes as their back drop, the couple tied the knot with their closest family and friends surrounding them.

All of the details from the day were designed with the Vineyard in mind, and the rustic chic atmosphere. With wine barrels and blue linens, cocktail hour was a serene sight for guests to enjoy one another’s company. Hana Floral did an amazing job of taking the bride’s style, and incorporating the natural beauty of the vineyard to design magnificent floral arrangements. Gourmet Galley served up a delicious meal to all of the guests, and as the meal concluded, the Clockwork band got the party started!

For Abbe and Sean, Mystic was a home away from home, so when it came time to pick the perfect venue the Inn at Mystic was their first choice. By incorporating their family church into the ceremony and their family minister the couple was able to keep a piece of home with them. After the ceremony was over, the bridal party traveled to the Inn at Mystic on non-other than an antique trolley, provided by ROCKSTAR LIMO. As the guests arrived they were greeted by a traditional Irish bag piper who held a special place with both the bride and grooms families. The tent and the veranda were designed with the hues of blues reflecting the shimmering from the water. Hana Floral used the brides vision, and incorporated blushes and burgundies to compliment the decor of the tent. After guests enjoyed cocktail hour, they were welcomed into the reception tent where Travis Winkley set the stage for an evening full of fun and dancing.
