This person must be ready to work hard and excited to learn about the ever-growing events industry. We are seeking a candidate who is detail oriented, creative and works well in social settings. This person will work with our team to execute high-end events from start to finish. They will work closely with floor plans, rental orders, and all aspects of an event from start to finish. This person also must be available for onsite execution for day of events.

Working with Anne and Will for their wedding day was extra special for us, because that meant we were able to return to the Weekapaug Inn this season! The Inn offers its guests a tranquil and serene location to tie the knot. It is always such a fun experience to plan an event with the amazing team from the Weekapaug Inn.
Anne worked closely with True Event to cultivate her vision for her wedding day. They chose to use mauve, silver, grey, blues and dusty pinks to grasp the organic and coastal elegance she saw for the day. They selected linens from LA Tavola, including baylis rain silver for the round guest tables and the velvet rose runners for the farm tables, that would complement the couple’s style. Hana Floral Design incorporated dusty pinks and hues of silver and greys into the centerpieces and the bridal bouquets. The Sperry Tent was a vision, with Jack Falvey & Associates string of chandeliers hung throughout the tent, swaying in the summer breeze.
We are so excited to announce that Samantha and Rob’s seaside wedding is featured on Style Me Pretty! For Samantha, getting married in her grandparent’s backyard had always been her dream. When Rob proposed it was a dream come true that the two would be able to host all of their closest family and friends for their dream wedding. Not only was their wedding reception site special because over 40 years ago Samantha’s grandfather had designed the house himself, but it was also special because it was almost 30 years after her parents had been married in the same location!
The view of the ocean and the sentimental location steered Samantha and Robert’s vision for their big day. The décor of their day was classic and timeless with touches of whites and woods. True Event worked closely with Samantha to ensure all of her favorite details were included in her special day. From the soft blue linens for cocktail hour, to the runners used on the natural farm tables for the reception, the décor was a nod to the coastal décor. With the subtle hints of nautical touches and the natural colors, Samantha and Rob’s wedding was absolutely spectacular. Each and every detail was carefully planned out to incorporate both of the couple’s family members. True Event assited Sperry Tents and The Greenwich Tent Company to design the tent of a lifetime. Ryan Designs captivated their guests with their classic bistro lighting, elegant drapery and the classic lounge area for guests to enjoy.
Hana Floral Design did an amazing job selecting florals that would compliment Samantha’s style while still incorporating her classic and timeless décor. Paper Moss carefully curated all of the couple’s stationary for their big day with the utmost attention to detail.
We are so excited to be able to share our new office space with you! We have been so fortunate to relocate our offices to Southport, CT, where we have met so many wonderful new friends and connections. We thought the best way to showcase our new space was to invite some of our closest friends to a holiday bash. We designed the decor with rustic chic in mind with the plaid linens, wooden barn board coffee table and the gorgeous sofa from Gather and Lounge. Rentals Unlimited provided us with complimenting linens and all of the necessary rentals to execute our amazing event!
As always we love working with Yumiko Fletcher from Hana Floral Design. Yumiko out did herself with the centerpieces and greenery placed throughout our office space. One of the best touches of the evening was the magnolia garland entwined in the staircase. Shindig Lighting set our space up as a romantic setting and elegant up lighting. Marcia Selden provided their innovative menu selections to our guests throughout the evening. Starting with savory bites and ending with a deliciously sweet tray of penny candy.
