Tuesday Shoesday….Kate Spade!

Via Kate Spade

When I saw these slippers all I felt was relief for every bride’s feet across the board!  It’s great to throw on a fierce pair of heels for the ceremony and pictures but the minute you hit that dance floor your feet are going to need a break! Even though your wedding goes by in the blink of an eye, it’s one LONG day.  Of course Kate Spade has come to the rescue with these Cayman slippers that keep things classy, cute and fun! BONUS: Right now on receive a complimentary MRS. cosmetic bag with your full-priced bridal purchases of $300 or more. Girls, grab these and thank me later!

Coffee Talk Monday…

I have to say this is my favorite time of year. (Yes, I know I said that in June too.). It’s just that Bridal Fashion week evokes a new refreshing feeling for the next year to come in our industry and from what we saw at the NY Bridal Market and from Oscar de la Renta they promise not to disappoint! The 2015 bride dresses have that absolute “wow” look. What we saw were flowing, sheered and tiered dresses that remind me of an era of times past. In a word, the designs are elegant. They’ll look especially beautiful on the dance floor, ladies.

As if seeing the new reveals were not enough, we topped off the New York City night at the Martha Stewart Party and the Knot Party. We garnered loads of new ideas for our 2015 brides!

Inspiration from Anywhere…On the list!

Your invitation is your wedding’s first impression. It sets the tone for what your guests assume your wedding is going to be; Traditional? Colorful? Campy? Whimsical? Invitation suites can be made out of almost anything, wood, fabric, paper, even something natural and organic. The options are endless and full of fun.  I pulled some of my favorite invites off Pinterest. No matter what, make sure you invite has a little of your personality in it. This wedding is about you and that’s the defining factor!
