Today Sarah and I kick off the 2014 wedding season! We are headed to Boston for Molly & Ned’s wedding. Since it will be our first wedding of 2014 what better way to celebrate with some bubbly! Cheers to a great 2014 wedding season!
A Champagne House is eventually judged on the quality of its Brut Non Vintage. It is in the making of such a wine that the true Art of Champagne blending reveals itself. This is an art in which the House of Veuve Clicquot excels. Our Brut Yellow Label reflects the superb vineyards we own and the consistent nature of our House style. The predominance of Pinot Noir provides the structure that is so typically Clicquot, while a touch of Pinot Meunier rounds out the blend. Chardonnay adds the elegance and finesse essential in a perfectly balanced wine.
There is nothing we love more than a great celebration and that is exactly what The White Dress by the Shore 10th Anniversary Party was. With the help of some amazingly talented people in our industry every creative detail was fully thought out. It was a night full of being pampered, confetti, photo booth fun, bubbly drinks and sweet treats. The highlight of the evening was the Gown Retrospective celebrating 10 years of dresses; White Dress by the shore transformed their second floor fitting room into a display of wedding dresses throughout the past decade, genius! Thanks for letting us be a part of the celebration! Cheers to 10 more years!
This exquisite wedding made us yearn for warmer days. Katie and Gui said “I do” on a picture perfect late summer day, with the water set as their backdrop at a private residence in Jamestown, RI. This gorgeous summer wedding gave way to cocktails enjoyed outside on the oceans edge with beautiful blue and white ikat patterned linens. The ambiance was enhanced as dinner and dancing continued under a Sperry tent, rich with lush textures and romantic creams and blushes. The linens on the tables were breathtaking rosettes that mirrored the bottom of the bride’s gown. Guests could take a break from dancing and enjoy a drink and conversation on one of the velvet couches surrounding the dance floor. No detail was left unturned at this romance filled wedding, some of the top details were the perfect shade of purple bed of hydrangeas that the guest cards were placed on, patterned flip flops for the guests tired dancing feet, crystal chandelier hanging from the tent top and the most beautiful flowers from the bouquets to the centerpieces designed by Hana Floral Design. One of our favorite parts of this show-stopping wedding was the stunning sunset that painted the sky pink, the perfect gift for the newlyweds to enjoy on their wedding night! Leila Brewster captured the beauty of this wedding perfectly!
I can almost see the light at the end of the snow covered tunnel, where temperatures won’t be in the single digits and the sun will stay out past 5 pm. These beautiful Loeffler Randall beauties would be a perfect way to welcome spring. Mint is still hanging on from 2013 as one of the strongest colors of the season and we love it paired with this cheetah print. These pumps would look gorgeous with skinny jeans for a night out on the town or with a shift dress for a bridal shower or midday cocktails with your girls. So try them on for size and be the envy of your friends.
