The seductive aroma of this wine is toasty and creamy at the same time with a hint of honeycomb and lemon curd. On the palate it displays a strong mineral, almost steely character that is very Burgundian.
This wine is perfect for appetizers that turn into dinner: fish fresh from a farmers market, or a lovely organic chicken breast perfectly BBQ-ed.The fruit is reminiscent of rhubarb pie and the finish is creamy and almost oily.
